Rumie Learn Portfolio

Microlearning Courses

While volunteering as a learning designer at Rumie, I engaged learners around the world by authoring Bytes (microlearning courses) for the Rumie library. The topics include math, career skills, civics, and health. I improved microlearning content quality by providing prompt and personalized constructive feedback to learning designers on my team. Using Canva, I created media such as graphics, tables, and images to support content.

Growth Mindset

Interactive Self-Paced Course for Middle School Students
This project showcases how a traditional PowerPoint presentation was transformed into an engaging, self-paced learning experience tailored for middle schoolers. Designed with clarity and simplicity in mind, the course uses age-appropriate visuals, interactive elements, and student-friendly language to support independent learning. The original slides were adapted and enhanced using Microsoft Copilot, allowing for streamlined editing, consistent formatting, and the integration of interactive features—all while maintaining a tone that resonates with young learners. This example highlights how instructional design can bridge the gap between static content and dynamic, learner-centered experiences.
